Built in 1970 and renovated in 2006.Dhungay Home stay belongs to Kunwar Chettri family, whose older members are addressed locally as Dhungay due to nearby places of the same name, where born and brought up. Dhungay Home stay is located at the foot of Rhododendron Sanctuary at a revelation of 1500m. The house is surrounded by terraced farms, deep valleys, so typical of West Sikkim, with magnificent view of Mt. Kanchendzonga, and a good view of Indo Nepal can be seen. The House is Run by a Nepali Community Chettri Family in the Village Called Upper Martam West Sikkim India. The House is a typical Nepali structure with Cottages locally made and sorrounded with farm with mix vegetables cow , chicken and large cardomom.

1 One can do a nature and culture walk covering beautiful Bermiok Monastery, Kali temple, Village community glimpses, and a holyCave.
2. One can go for a Day trek to a top village Buksom covering different communities villages like Sherpa, Bhutia , Subba, Gurung, Chettris, and a beautiful View point Ramidham at Samdong with magnecfiant View .
3.Day trip out sky walk ( chereenzestatue) at Pelling, Pemayantse Monastery, Rabdantase Monastery, and Singshore Asia's tallest Bridge.
4. Short Trip to Shrijunga Stautue, Gurung Monastery, and Reaum Monastery at Rinchenpong, and Adding Horticulture and Agricultural Farm.
